What is included with one home?
A one active home subscription includes records, projects, important dates, and household sharing for that home. It also includes AI assistance for questions about your saved records and decision support for comparing quotes and project options.
Can I manage more than three homes?
Yes. There is no three-home limit in the planned subscription. Each additional active home uses the per-home rate shown above.
When will I be charged?
When paid subscriptions become available, monthly and annual plans will be billed in advance and renew at the chosen interval until canceled. You will see the total before paying.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the term you already paid for, followed by 30 days of read-only access to export your records.
Do you offer refunds?
There is no automatic refund for a change of mind, unused time, or cancellation. We correct duplicate or erroneous charges and provide refunds required by applicable law.
What happens to my records after my plan ends?
The account owner has 30 days of read-only access to export saved records after the paid term. A backup includes original files still retained at download time; it cannot restore originals already deleted under their retention schedule.
